Delete your SyncATrade account

You can delete your account and personal data at any time.

Fastest: delete it in the app

Clients

Open SyncATrade → Profile → scroll down → Delete my account → type DELETE to confirm.

Pros & space owners

Open SyncATrade → Dashboard → ⚙️ Settings → scroll down → Delete my account → type DELETE to confirm. Your subscription is canceled immediately and you won't be charged again.

Can't open the app?

Email privacy@syncatrade.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". Include the phone number on your account. We'll confirm and delete it within 30 days (usually much sooner).

What gets deleted

Your login, profile, photos and contact details
Your messages
For pros: your services, store products, spaces and bank details
Reviews you wrote (and, for pros, reviews about you)

What we keep

Past booking and payment records are kept without your name or contact details for up to 7 years for tax and legal reasons, as explained in our Privacy Policy. Upcoming bookings are canceled.
